RECRUITMENT

I feel incredibly grateful and excited to serve my chapter as Director of Primary Recruitment at Alpha Delta Pi. I joined ADPi in the Fall of 2021 and knew ever since that I wanted to lead and encourage this chapter. Being in this chapter has taught me how to appreciate and embrace being a part of something bigger than myself. The women I’ve met, the memories I’ve made and the love I’ve been shown is something I’ll carry with me forever.

Being surrounded by women that are driven, compassionate, and dependable has grown me into a better woman and continues to do so everyday. Going through Recruitment at Texas State and finding my home in Alpha Delta Pi is something I‘ll cherish forever and encourage for all. I’m honored to be in sisterhood that is so plentiful and sincere. 

I encourage every woman going through recruitment to embrace every moment, hold their values close and keep an open mind. There is a forever home for everyone and the process is so memorable and rewarding. 

I can only hope that every individual going through recruitment finds a home that makes them feel as joyful and thankful as I am to be an Alpha Delta Pi.
